The gate's own records had a writer since PR #11 and showed in the console as raw event types. They have words now, and a place.

What changes. Each of the eight control-plane types is described as the act, in the person's terms, by one function the screen and its test share. The Gate log tab gains a "What the gate did" section, oldest first, above the list of what was withheld, fed by the events call the console already had. The browser fallback carries a few rows so the tab renders without a gate.

Proof. Every one of the eight is described rather than printed as its type, six word for word. Typecheck, 27 web tests and the front-end build pass; Linux verifier green on the pinned toolchain. Not run here: the Tauri window on a desktop, and the Windows verifier.

The gate has written its own actions to the log since the last change — the session
beginning and what was consented to, each switch and rule, each pause and resume, each time
the indicator could not be verified — and the console showed them as `here.grant.change.v1`
at the bottom of the Activity list, which tells nobody that they switched screenshots on at
ten past nine.

Each of the eight has words now, from one function the screen and its test share:
"screenshots switched on", "deny rule added for mybank.example", "capture paused (content
only) — the screen locked", "session ended (user stop) — 3 withheld, 1 altered", "indicator
hold ended — 2 withheld, 5 flagged meanwhile". The Gate log tab — which was already the
place to check "trust us, it is filtered" — shows them under "What the gate did", oldest
first, so it reads as the session happened, above the list of what was withheld. Two
signals, one timeline, from the events call the console already had. The browser fallback
carries a few so the tab renders without a gate.

Tests: every one of the eight is described rather than printed as its type, and six of them
are checked word for word.
